Our room came with a walk-in shower; the staff were extremely friendly, approachable, and quick to address our needs; the location was fantastic as it was near the train station and city center.

Fairly clean appealing accommodation with pleasant staff and favourable location in the centre of town. Location so close to Hjørring as well as an early morning ferry. A huge variety of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue😀

Extremely spacious and warm units with an extra bed, the bedroom, for example. Overall good location near the ferry to/from Hirtshals, the centre and center of town. Also, in nice asian resturant...

The breakfast was enjoyable, there was a wide array of food to choose from. the location was great and magnificent for me, just next door to restaurants, the center, and bars.

It was filthy, noisy, and was charged extra for using my credit card. Would never recommend this to anyone!!

the hotel's staff is pleasant and welcoming. the rooms are reasonably spacious and warm and they have central heating, multi-channel tv, and tea and coffee making equipment.

Excellent location, close to everything I needed. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. I had a pleasant stay at Phonix. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Room was very 'tired'. Lightbulbs not all working. Level of maintenance poor. Floorboards very creaky. Bathroom very tired / no soap/shampoo / poor fittings / placement of fittings. Very dark. Airless room. Noisy situation - all night party in the building across the street, still in full swing when we left at 05:45 the next morning.

We needed to catch the ferry to Norway early in the morning so we can late and left early. The hotel was suitable for our use.

Would have been nice with an early bird breakfast.

This place is pretty clean and super charming. the staff here is really friendly and welcoming. the rooms are always cozy and warm, with a nice bedroom setup and even an extra bed if needed. 🌟.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! As a disabled traveler, I was impressed by the facilities and amenities they provided. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and understanding, making sure I had everything I needed. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town. It was easy to find, especially when arriving by train. the staff's friendly and proactive attitude in assisting me with any questions I had was commendable.

There was absolutely no reason for me to complain about anything.

Warm and cozy room in central location, walking distance from transportation and pedestrian streets. Convenient pin code pad entry and unstaffed during festive season. Friendly, fast, and flexible staff. Free parking and breakfast at nearby bistro. Spacious room.
